Who We Help

Advisor transitions where execution risk is real.

Continuity is a fit when the transition can’t be “handled loosely” by a checklist. We support advisors, teams, and partners who need operational ownership across data readiness, paperwork routing, transfer tracking, exceptions, and the straggler phase.

If you’re unsure where you fit, start with the Transition Readiness Assessment—then choose the right path below.

Ideal fit signal

When the book has complexity, execution needs an owner.

If you have diverse registrations, special account types, signing constraints, high-touch clients, or limited ops capacity, Continuity is designed to keep the move controlled—and finish the last mile.

Is Continuity the right fit?

This is a practical screen. If you’re in the left column, you’ll get value fast. If you’re in the right column, you may not need us.

Ideal fit

  • Many households and account types (trusts, entities, inherited IRAs)
  • High client expectations and low tolerance for multiple “packet waves”
  • Need visibility on transfer progress + exceptions
  • Limited internal ops capacity during peak transition weeks
  • You want someone to stay through stragglers and residual work

Next: Transition execution · Completion phase

Not a fit (usually)

  • Very small/simple books with minimal special registrations
  • You have dedicated internal ops bandwidth to fully own tracking + follow-through
  • You only want a checklist or generic instructions
  • You’re looking for investment, legal, tax, or compliance advice

If unsure, the readiness assessment is the fastest way to decide without guessing.

The single best next step: readiness.

We’ll map your book’s complexity, identify where transitions break, and clarify what execution support would actually look like.

Who We Help FAQs

These are the questions that come up when advisors are trying to decide whether they need execution support or not.

What’s the clearest sign we need help (even if we have ops)?

When nobody can own end-to-end visibility: packet QC, signature follow-up, transfer tracking, exceptions, and stragglers. Most teams can do pieces. The risk is coordination and follow-through under time pressure—especially with complex registrations.

We’re an RIA team changing custodians—what usually creates the most rework?

Registration/authority mismatches discovered late (trust/entity documentation), plus special accounts and feature rebuilds. If those aren’t inventoried early, you get multiple packet waves and “one more signature” cycles.

Do you work with recruiters/aggregators without creating brand risk?

Yes—when the relationship requires operational execution support. Those partner paths are designed to be white-label and operationally focused. See For Recruiters and For RIA Aggregators.

What if we only want help for the last mile (stragglers/residuals)?

That’s exactly why the Completion Phase exists. The best results come when tracking is built during execution, but we can support completion workflows when stragglers and aged exceptions are the pain point. See Completion Phase.

Where should we start if we’re not sure which path applies?

Start with the Transition Readiness Assessment. It clarifies scope, risk, and which execution modules matter for your situation—before the move becomes client-facing. Schedule here.
